How do I sign up?

Click "Login" at the top right, choose your role (Student / Parent / Teacher / Admin), enter your name, email and mobile, tick the consent box and hit "Send OTP". Enter the 6-digit OTP delivered to your email/phone to complete sign-up.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes — Continue with Google is available on the login screen. Your Google account is only used to verify your identity; we never post or read anything on your behalf.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

DivineEdu uses OTP-based login by default, so there is no password to remember. Just start the login flow, enter your email/mobile and request a fresh OTP each time.

My mobile number or email has changed. How can I update it?

Open Profile → Personal info and edit the field, then re-verify via OTP. If you can no longer access the old contact, email support@divineedu.com from any known email with your account details and we'll help you recover.

Can I be logged in on multiple devices?

One active session per account for safety. Signing in on a new device automatically signs out the previous session; you'll see a friendly "you've been signed in elsewhere" message on the older device.

My course/purchase is not showing in my account. What do I do?

First make sure you are logged in with the exact email/mobile you used at checkout. If it's still missing after a page refresh, contact support with your order ID or payment reference and we'll link it in minutes.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile → Privacy → "Delete my account" and confirm. We honour your DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection Act) rights and remove all personal data within 30 days, keeping only anonymised billing records required by law.

Why was my account blocked?

Accounts are blocked only when a super admin detects suspicious activity (e.g. multiple simultaneous locations, payment abuse, policy violations). The exact reason is shown on the block screen you see when you attempt to log in.

How do I request an unblock?

On the block screen, write a short clarification (at least 15 characters) explaining your side of the story and tap "Submit unblock request". A super admin reviews it and, if approved, you'll receive a "welcome back" email immediately.

How long does the unblock review take?

Most requests are reviewed within 24 business hours. You can submit up to 3 unblock requests per day per email — only one can be pending at a time.
